The current version of Ethereal has "epan/dissectors/packet-ms-mms.c", which is a dissector for "MicroSoft MMS (Microsoft Media Server) message dissection"; is that the same thing as "MMS (MS Media Stream)"?
If so, then the answer to the first part of that question is "yes, it exists in Ethereal". 

Is ASF part of MMS, or is it a separate protocol or data format?
