If you want to add a help page in Ethereal, you should use the internal
help feature already implemented. It should be relatively easy to add
additional help content, if not please let me know.

The current help system lacks of readability. I'm planning to use the
user's guide (and probably added by some of the wiki pages) as the on
line help system of the future (and drop the help pages in their current
form completely). However, I'm planning to do this for more than half a
year now, but didn't found the time ...
