Hi

First of all, let me apologize for not showing up earlier, but I had been
very busy.

Here I'm sending a patch against the latest svn source code of camel.

It contains all the previous enhancements, minus the "Cause" code that I
submitted last week, which was replaced by Anders Broman's fix, which works
for me as well.

I added some code to dissect DateAndTime. If it's well coded I can quickly
add new code for TimeandTimezone. I tried to use value_string this time :D
