The error that I get when starting up Ethereal on windows xp pro sp2
based system is attached as a .jpg, please see the file for review of
the error window that poped up on me..

I have tried re-installing WinPcap3.1beta4 and ethereal0.10.10 , I
have the latest windows updates.

System Specs:
AMD Barton 1.8ghz - not over clocked
512 ddr Kingston ram. - not over clocked
80gb western digital 7200 hard drive 8mb cache
Windows XP Pro sp2 based system.
Biostar motherboard.
Latest updates and everything -installed
I reformatted computer 2 weeks ago or so., first time installing
ethereal.. ( not quick format )
Defragmented etc..
I'm using 56k dialup v.92, max 8kb download speed..

Dunno what else information you may need.. 
( first installing I installed winpcap first, then ethereal like I've
read to do.. )
Yes I also restarted first before trying program before running..
Still does it =\ Please help!
