Yeah, I've bumped into that one as well, working with the 0.10.10 release
sources. The thing is that this conditional compilation is missing in this
file:
#ifdef HAVE_UNISTD_H
#include <unistd.h>
#endif
Just put this one in, compile and have fun :-)
