confidential or secret captures causing problems can be resolved the
way they have been resolved up to now.   mail the sensitive capture
file to a trusted part for analysis and bug fixes and not to the list.

actually,  that should be the default for people to avoid captures on
the list accidentally containing someones email password to their isp.
