Ethereal doesn't currently support that. You could filter on the source and destination columns if they're also put into the protocol tree as fields. You currently can't filter on the Info column; that might be something useful to add to the display filter mechanism. 


But the values of source and
  destination I am sending as "STRING".How to register the fields in
dissector file
  so as to filter based on the source and destination.


Make them FT_STRING fields.
