One problem is that it doesn't catch cases where dissector A explicitly 
calls dissector B, e.g. with "find_dissector()" and "call_dissector()". 
 We could add a protocol ID number argument to "find_dissector()", and 
have "find_dissector()" build a table of protocols and subdissectors, 
for that.

It also doesn't handle heuristic dissectors - "tethereal -G" would need 
to dump the heuristic dissector tables as well.
