Hi:
 I've installed Ethereal v 0.10.8 on system running Windows2000 Advanced Server.
There are two things troubling me.
1. The [Preference Dialog] doesn't show well on my screen (600 x 800).   Some of controls are overlapped.
2. All Chinese characters can't be shown.

Could you teach me how to solve the problem?
