Please ignore my previous patch and apply this one instead... On Linux
strange statistics operations (divisions / 0 and null pointer
indirections) don't crash Ethereal and display respectively "nan" and
"(null)". To be consistent, I've just used this formalism here.

Please find attached patches fixing various bugs causing Ethereal to
crash. To reproduce the problem, simply start Ethereal then without
starting a capture, select almost any option in Statistics->Ansi,
Statistics->GSM, Statistics->ISUP Message type and Statistics->MTP3.
