Hi

Attached is a patch which adds the protocols GPRS Mobility Managment and GPRS
Session Mangement to gsm_a (dtap). Additionally it also contains a bugfix
(RAND->128Bits=16Bytes != 12 Bytes).

I verfied it already on some trace, but there is still enough posibilities for
bugs. These might be only discovered when someone uses it.

If everyone is fine with the code, it might be nice to have it in the version
0.10.8.
