Win32/Dev section references older versions only.

Maybe someone with write access might put them there. In the meanwhile, you can get them from http://anonsvn.ethereal.com/ethereal-win32-libs/trunk/packages/


The Windows support files were moved to Subversion a few weeks ago.
I've updated the win32/development directory to reflect this.

What do you think about labeling (or whatever the correct term for subversion is) the current files in that repository to 0.10.7 (so we can get back to that version later).
After that we could remove files no longer needed, like the gtk2 directory (as the gtk2.4 dir is used now AFAIK).
So people only have to download the things they needed for the current version, and we create a history for the future so find back the right files of previous versions will become a lot easier.
