It is SNMP running directly over Ethernet, but has different Ethernet type defined in packet-snmp.c. And there are some padding field between Ethernet and SNMP. The protocol stack is:
----------------
SNMP
----------------
Pad Field
----------------
Pad Length
----------------
Ethernet Header
----------------

It's not just SNMP running on a different port, or running directly over Ethernet or running on IPX, or something like that, right? I.e., it shouldn't, for example, be marked as SNMP in the Protocol column, and the top-level protocol tree item shouldn't be for SNMP?
