Have you set the MGCP port number preferences for the gateway and call agent TCP and UDP port numbers to the values that are used by the packets in that trace file (if the ports aren't the default 2427 and 2727)?
Was the capture done on a machine other than the one sending the MGCP traffic and other than the one receiving the MGCP traffic and, if so, were all those machines plugged into a switch? If so, then perhaps none of the traffic was captured:
