Well, the formatting will be a bit nicer at the wiki, but you'll get the
point.

Of course, this will increase the number of ports in the subpages.

Another list (http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/~s_ita/port/port1-99.html)
distributes the ports unevenly, presumably because there are a lot
low-numbered well-known ports and very few high-numbered ones.  A
similar layout might make sense in our case.

Yes, that sounds reasonable, too.
