Ethereal supports M3UA according to

* http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-sigtran-m3ua-05.txt (expired) * http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-sigtran-m3ua-06.txt (expired) * http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-sigtran-m3ua-07.txt (expired)
 * http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3332.txt

Therefore it should decode M3UA completely. But you have to chose which
version you are using via Edit->Preferences->Protocols->M3UA.

If you still think that there are protocol fields missing, please describe
which fields you mean. I'll look into that.

Best regards
Michael

hi

i've seen that ethereal supports m3ua messages, but i am looking for an open source decoder that can decode everything in m3ua, not just some protocol fields. Can anyone of you point me to source code of a m3ua decoder or at
least point me to this functionality built in ethereal ?

tnx
