attached is a new ldap dissector  based on output from the ASN2ETH compiler.

it should be reasonably ok right now and even handles the CLDAP rpc
call(s) properly which is not encoded in BER/DER.

It is converted to use the packet-ber helpers instead of the old asn1.c helpers
but the dissection has not yet been prettified and the dissection
differs a lot from
the old dissector.


please test and comment on what works or what is broken  and also if
you feel like it, provide patches against it.


As for replacing the existing dissector with this one, i think there
is a lot of work to be done before that can happen.
Maybe at a later stage one should merge in the new dissector 
structure by structure in small patches until all traces of the old
asn1.c thing is removed?
