Changed paths:
A /trunk/Ethereal.desktop
M /trunk/Makefile.am
D /trunk/ethereal.desktop
Rename "ethereal.desktop" to "Ethereal.desktop", so that it'll show up

instead of Ethereal.desktop. Shouldn't the Name entry decide the displayed
spelling in the menus?
