With the capture sent in the message you're replying to, Short Frame is being displayed because, well, the frames are short.
I.e., they were captured with a snapshot length of 96, so only the first 96 bytes of each packet appears in the capture file. (Perhaps it was captured with tcpdump, where the default capture length is 96 bytes if tcpdump was built with IPv6 support.)
