I just added support for a dissector for the isc dhcp failover protocol
written by a friend. I tried to add a prefs setting to make the port
configurable but failed miserably: it always crashed on startup, so I
commented it out. If anyone has ideas what I did wrong, I'd be happy
for feedback.

We are stuck with technology when what we really want is just stuff that
