Thanks for the quick reply..
I included those 2 files but I still get the linking error unresolved
external symbols.
I'm compiling using the "Build" command inside the MSVC++ GUI.
Is there some other lib that I need to include?

No.
You include "plugins/plugin_api.h" and "plugin/plugin_api_defs.h"; see
some of the plugins in the Ethereal source.

No. It's defined for you when building on Windows.
