Hi List!

Add experimental feature of opening a webbrowser, to show some of the
webpages from http://www.ethereal.com. This functionality is copied from
the Gimp.

This is pretty neat. Would it be useful to link to other site content?
For example, if we had some sort of protocol reference on the site,
should we link to that as well?

I would think of this as a starting point for some powerful online help in various ways, including the "ongoing" protocol reference.

As a starting, the next things could be to install the "User's Guide" at the local file system in html and point to it from the Ethereal program instead of the online help, as my attempt to build an online help isn't very good (but better than nothing at that point in time). Of course, the user's guide needs a lot of update.

I would like to establish this browser mechanism for all the available platforms, before doing ongoing effort about the online help and such.

Win32 will use ShellExecute to use the system registered webbrowser.
On unix builds, currently the mozilla browser is hardcoded, we still
need a
preference setting for this (I will add this later).

Works fine here on Windows with Mozilla set as my default browser.
On win32, it should work fine for *any* "regular registered" browser, so the default browser should do the job.

I'm not sure how it's working for unix builds (as mentioned, a preference might be needed, but need advice from the unix experts).
