Hi List!

As I have a lot of capture files around, I often wanted to have some 
information about the capture files, while browsing the open / merge dialog.

I've added a feature to scan the currently seleted file for file format, 
length, number of packets, ... and show this information in the dialog. 
This makes browsing the files a lot easier IMHO.

As this scans the whole file for the number of packets / timestamps and 
such, it might be too slow for very large capture files, so we might 
need an option to switch off this feature or only show details when 
capture file is not too long.

Are there other file informations, which should be shown in the dialogs?

Hopefully this feature will be helpful for others too.
