Hmmm, I'm unhappy with this.
It's true that your editing the coloring rules with it. With this argument, you can put a lot of other things into the Edit menu too (like it was some months before, and wasn't intuitive at all).
The reason I put the "Coloring Rules" in the view menu is that it will make it much more intuitive, that the coloring will only change the view, and not the decoding of the data itself.
More experienced Ethereal users will know, that the coloring will only affect the view and not the decoding, but unexperienced user might not see this at first.
This was a common question, myself and a lot of colleaques had, when trying to understand what the specific menu item will affect.
So I would vote to put it back into the View menu.
