Hi list,

I added the ability to render OPAQUE data in WBXML documents, such as
a %DateTime in Service Indication and E-Mail Notifications, and such
as WV-CSP Integer and WV-CSP Timestamp for Wireless-Village
Client-Serer Protocol.

I also made the discriminator functionality operational and added a
discriminator to the WV-CSP token mapping, facilitating the correct
WV-CSP token mapping to be chosen when it has not been written in the
WBXML header (bence deduced from the Content-Type header value). The
discriminator bases its guess on the first 6 bytes of the WV-CSP WBXML
body.
