Ethereal seems to be hanging in gethostbyaddr when loading trace file and
enabling name resolution for IP addresses.

Invoked ethereal, Enabled name resolution for network layer, Attempted to
load
trace file samptrace.bin. ethereal then hung at 68% completion of
loading the trace file (Status 16KB or 23KB). I am using a local caching
nameserver (named / BIND 9.2.2) /etc/resolv.conf points to 127.0.0.1.
