Hi.

I run with a multi-monitor setup on XP service pack 1.
With the introduction of GTK+ 2.2.4 this issue was resolved.
I did a couple of small fixes for some of the menu's back in September last
year.
search for;
'Patch for dlg_utils.c - Win32, GTK+2.2.4, multiple displays' dated
9/19/2003

So I would recommend re-installing Ethereal with the GTK2 user interface.
