Attached is code to add a "Host List" tap/statistics module.

It's complementary to the Conversation List, and based off of the endpoint_talkers code.

Essentially instead of listing traffic by conversation, it lists per host, providing information per "talker".

I find this very useful and has been requested several times on these lists.
