Hi List!
I've recently checked in changes, to use more stock icon buttons whereever possible. 
Added some ethereal specific ones, where I thought it was a good idea.

The stock icons will take only effect in GTK2.
Also done some fixes from previous feedback, like calling the display filter buttons "Filter:", and the capture filter button "Capture Filter:", in display filter dialog replaces "Properties" button by an ethereal specific "Edit..." stock button and some others ... 

Need some feedback on this!
