I can confirm that it uses Ethereal as it's decode engine. My NDPS decodes cannot be found anywhere else in the world but amazingly ClearSight has this capability. Also note that the decode window looks very close to Ethereal's main display window.

I would have to say, in response to the question below, that it is a clear
violation of the GPL.
Since Gerald has sent them an email, and he is the most appropriate person
to do that since he is the main copyright holder, we should sit back and
see what their response is.
