Hi List!

As there were already some things done in packaging/nsis/ethereal.nsi which are not using the COMMON_FILES_GNU setting any longer, and someone asked what this setting is useful for, I have checked in changes, which are making this setting obsolete.

All DLL's are now packaged from the place in the source tree (where the header files are also coming from), see changes in ethereal.nsi.

Two new settings have been added to the config.nmake:

ICONV_DIR: the path where the iconv package is installed
GETTEXT_DIR: the path where the iconv package is installed

This follows the other packages settings already existing.

Just have a look at config.nmake, to get an idea of it.
