I have a partial GSM MAP dissector.

The original work came from the ethereal-dev mailing list
but I have modified the dissector quite a bit.

Currently the most it does is identify the message
and show the parameters.

The parameters are NOT identified by name, nor are the
values broken out.

In other words it is a very early version.
