Problem with h245 dissectorI have checked in the change that were discussed
changing it from being a restricted character string into being an IA5String

I still think that the standard says that the previous behaviour of ethereal
was the correct one, but if multiple other imlementations differs, there
is no point in refusing.

I have found a problem with the dissector for H245 in regards to displaying
the signalType of a UserInputIndication. The signalType prints as a ? when

I looked in the codebase and it seems that this element is not dissceted as
an IA5string but with some other method. We modified the code to use an IA5
dissector and it showed correct results (but we did not use a restricted
character set dissector for IA5 as none seems to be available)
