I just checked in a patch that should make ip_to_str_buf() just slighly
berret than twice as fast it was
at the expense of ~2Kbyte extra memory.

It is not much but it was low hanging fruit and it might make ethereal ~1.5%
faster.
In itself not too much to write homa baout but if 50 optimizations like this
one is doen, it might
be noticeable.
