BTW, this means that we should probably have a GTK+-only version of
Ethereal *and* a GTK+-plus-GNOME version (with stuff that Ethereal does
itself, but that's also done in GNOME - e.g., dialog boxes - done using
GNOME code in the GTK+-plus-GNOME version).
