Hi all,

I envisage to further simplify the WSP dissector. Now there are about 10
subtrees defined, but as a matter of fact they almost all do the same,
namely display header field subfields and parameters. As a result, an
end-user opens one subtree for say the WWW-Authenticate header, but it does
not open the (currently nonexistant) subtree for the Warning header. The
same applies to header field parameters, which I now display with the same
subtree (opening one opens them all).

If anyone objects to this, please let me know!
