Here's the latest version of the rawss7 dissector.

Major changes since last time:
	- (useless) length field removed from rawss7 header
- Allow embedded LINKTYPE_'s (rawss7) or non-embedded LINKTYPE_'s (so one can have "pure" MTP2, MTP3, or SCCP files without the rawss7 dissector getting involved)
As mentioned in previous threads, the embedded LINKTYPE_'s is an interim solution until PCAP-NG gets finalized.
