Well, that is debugging stuff to show the possible structure of the
ASN.1 messages.  So I will have to find another way to give the
dissector this extra user interface.....

There is a test, "#if GTK_MAJOR_VERSION >= 2", and if you change that
to be always false then this extra interface is not there....
