Hi all,

Attached patch provides append functionality to FT_STRING and FT_STRINGZ
field values. This is not the same as proto_item_append_text() which only
appends a character string to the UI representation of the header field.

I tested the code with my new WSP dissector and it works.

Please review and check in (feel free to find a more suitable function name
:)
