Hi List!

As I have written in one of my last mails, I'm planning to change the print stuff a bit.

For a first step, I have implemented a new and tidier print dialog layout, which also includes the GUI elements for the things I want to add.

I have attached the screenshot of the new layout, please send comments.

In the screenshot, the features that have to be newly implemented are marked with XXX, all other things are already implemented.

The win32 specifics will work just like today, it hides the "Print command" row and will call a windows specific dialog box to do the actual printing.

The next step will be to simply hide the features not yet implemented (the XXX's), and check in the new layout.
