Yes, for me the heuristic has worked 99% of the time but
a more exact method would be MUCH better.

Does anyone know of applications that use Class 2 SCCP
other than RANAP, IOS, and GSM BSSAP ?

The only time I have had a problem with the heuristic
is when a RANAP message met the criteria.
