Yes, it is. I removes obsolete GTP' part. I'm going to provide GTP' dissector as a plugin.
About 32.015, new specs introduces TLV format in CDR, but it doesn't specify tag values,
so it is still up to vendor how to tag values in CDR.
ASN.1, sorry, but rather I won't use heuristic methods in charging, too sensitive issue.
