Hopefully I got all of this right.

cvs diff -u from latest CVS source for:

AUTHORS
Makefile.am
Makefile.nmake
packet-ansi_map.c

New dissectors:

packet-ansi_637.c
packet-ansi_683.c

When an ANSI A-interface (IOS/IS-634) dissector is written they
can push out the IS-637 teleservice payload and the IS-683 payload
so that the above dissectors will get it.

The payloads would come from the ADDS Transfer/Page/Deliver messages.

The hooks exist in the above dissectors but they have been commented out.
