I get the same problem when it tries to link Ethereal.exe.
 
Generating Code...
Linking ethereal.exe

ethereal.lib(plugins.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _delete_giop_user_module
ethereal.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'link' : return code '0x460'
Stop.
