It is an interesting concidence that I had a collegue report this very error just yesterday. At any rate, a little searching on the internet led me to believe that this was due to his using an incorrect driver for his video card. He was using NT's default VGA driver. Changing to the correct driver seems to have fixed the problem.

I do not know if the cause is the driver or the GTK library in use.

Hi,
I have NT4 machines where I try to run Ethereal 0.9.13 over WinPcap 3.0. At
startup ethereal crashes with the following Dr.Watson dump before showing
any GUI.
The exception Integer division by zero.
(0xc0000094) occurred in the application at location 0x00bcb7a0.

It works just fine on other NT4 machines which makes me believe that it is a
dll-version problem. Is there anyone who knows a good way to troubleshoot
this? A list of DLL:s needed with versions tested would also be very
appreciated.
