Yes, if by "protocol decoder" you mean "protocol dissector" or "protocol
disassembler", i.e. a module that dissects the data in a packet for a
given protocol and constructs the protocol tree and summary information
for that data.

In fact, that's the *only* type of module for which it currently
supports run-time dynamic loading.
