Create a diff against Ethereal sources. The sources would preferrably
be from a CVS checkout/update a few minutes ago :-) If that isn't
possible: There are daily CVS-Snapshots available (please also see
http://www.ethereal.com/development.html), or if all else fails against
the 0.9.11 sources.
Then you mail the diff to ethereal-dev@xxxxxxxxxxxx   :-)
