There are several active ethereal developers implementing telco protocols.
Some of them from
telco system vendors.
I dont recall any of them stating they were working on that particular
protocol last time you asked.
Maybe someone is working on it but has not told anyone on the list, maybe
noone is working on it.
It is hard to say since neither plans nor roadmap exist for ethereal.
Unfortunately ccitt/itu-t/etsi/whatever they call themself this week, as far
as i remember from
my telco days, do charge a rather significant amount of money for access to
their standards, making it
quite difficult for volunteers to write implementations.
Mayby someone has already completed the protocols but not told the list yet?
If not, why not try to start implementing a small skeleton implementation
and add to it until it is complete?
It is not that hard. Give it a try.
Look in the doc directory for the README's and look at the source code of an
(if any) already existing
dissector and give it a try. Then post the results/works-in-progress on the
list for comments?
