Irfan,

Just for curiosity, which implementation are you playing with? I know
of at least one implementation (i.e. l2tpd) that passes Octet-stuffed
PPP-HDLC frames to LAC/LNS when the peer announces only "Asynchronous
framing" (A flag set, S flag unset) in Framing Capability AVP.
