Problem solved (thanks Gerrit!)

Replace tap_rtp.c with current version from CVS.

Gerald, can you also create a 0.9.10a source? I can already hear a 
horde of unsuspecting developers asking this question for the next 
two months...

There is also a "problem" with scanner.c. For compilation under 
VC++ you need to remove it and let flex regenerate it. I have 
to remove this file every time I use a newly extracted tar ball
and it's getting to be a pain in the ...
